Dr. Nazera Wright

Nazera Wright is an Assistant Professor of English at the University of Kentucky. She teaches courses in 19th and 20th century African American literature. She is completing a book manuscript titled Girlhood in African American Literature, which examines the image of the black girl in the early black press, novels, conduct books, and poetry.
