As part of its commitment to social responsibility, the YMCA of Central Kentucky will host two blood drives this spring. The first will be on May 25 at the High Street YMCA, located at 239 East High Street, and the second will be on June 20 at the North Lexington Family YMCA, located at 381 West Loudon Avenue. Y members and non-members alike will be able to donate blood at these locations in support of the Kentucky Blood Center.
The blood drive at the High Street YMCA on May 25 will be from 4:30 – 8:30 p.m. To schedule a donation, please contact Keri Haggard at 367-7324 or khaggard@ymcaofcentralky.org or go to www.kybloodcenter.org. Details for the June 20 drive will be announced at a later date.
