On October 1, 2008, Consolidated Baptist Church will join thousands of churches across the country as we venture on 30 days of Praying 4 America. This is a critical time in the life of our country with the upcoming elections and other natural occurrences that have affected thousands of citizens nationwide.
You will be provided with everything you need to jumpstart your individual prayer vigil — a Prayer Map and calendar for all 50 states, and an additional calendar to lift up prayers to the Lord for personal strength and church revival, and a guide to get you started. You decide the time you will conduct this prayer in your own home. We also encourage you to include your children to join in your brief prayer time.
Make a commitment to unite with the body of Christ in this intercessory prayer journey by stopping by the table in the front lobby at Consolidated; your prayer tools will be given to you on the spot. Someone will be present after each service for the next two Sundays, September 28th & October 5th, and on Wednesday evening, October 1st.
Join what will probably be millions of folks across the United States in fervent prayer for our churches, our leaders, and our nation.
