On Monday, January 16, the Explorium will be open for Martin Luther King, from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. All children under 18 will be admitted free! (All adults at the regular admission price)
A number of special activities are planned, including:
•Presentations of the new traveling exhibit Tooth Sleuth
•Children can participate in the creation of a public art piece, a "Chandelorium," utilizing light and light catching materials formed to create a brillant chandelier to be hung in the Explorium.
•Special art activities in the Open Art Studio and Children's Art Gallery all day.
