The Lyric Theatre's Box Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the Box Office and all tickets in our 540 seat theatre and multi-purpose room and processes all telephone, electronic, and walk-up orders.
Additional Responsibilities include:
• Maintain regular Box Office hours to process phone and walk-up sales
• Box office manager must maintain up-to-date financial records of all ticket sales, receipts, processes and
deposits
• Set up events and apply discount codes and ticket offers for producers in ticketing system
• Process all credit card and cash transactions for reserved ticket orders
• Process all customer orders and handle customer issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
• This is an hourly position with FULL-‐TIME hours
• A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities,
follow-‐through on detailed tasks,plan in advance
• Ability to work with concessions
• Previous box-‐office experience preferred
• Ability to think analytical
• Collaborative,team-‐oriented attitude and work style
• Extreme openness to working a flexible
schedule(including evenings and weekends)
• Must have dependable car for errands.
Hourly Pay
Pay starting at $11.00/ hour.
