Foreclosure Counselor Position Opening

Community Ventures Corporation is recruiting a full-time, Lexington office-based Foreclosure Counselor. This position requires the ability to communicate proficiently both verbally and written with counselors, clients and other staff. The Foreclosure Counselor will be responsible for appointments, issuing appropriate documents as well as demonstrating proficient data entry skills.

The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment and adapt to change. The applicant must also be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and the general public.

The candidate must possess the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; must display knowledge of foreclosure timeline and laws and be able to translate such information to clients.

CVC's Foreclosure Counselor must also be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
