Oct. 4 Drive Thru Flu Shot Clinic
Be ready to give the annual flu battle a shot in the arm without leaving the comforts of your car.
The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, in cooperation with Lexmark, will host a free drive-thru flu shot clinic 8-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, on the Lexmark campus . The flu clinic’s entrance will be at the Newtown traffic light at the Lexmark entrance. Free flu shots will be given to those ages 9 and up.
The department will also offer free shots for children younger than 9 during a special flu shot clinic 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Public Health Clinic South , 2433 Regency Road. Appointments are not necessary.
