Program Director – Youth/Adult Sports

Full-time, Salaried Exempt $29,883
* Experience in budgeting, fiscal management, financial development, program management, volunteer and staff development, committee and board relations and staff supervision.
* Bachelor’s degree in recreation management, business, or related field required and 2 years’ experience working with youth, teens and or families or equivalent.
* Excellent communication, supervisory leadership, and organizational skills.
* Direct leadership to establish and maintain strong Adult and Youth Sports programs/classes.
* Secures and schedules athletic fields and facilities to meet program needs.
* Establish new program activities and expand program within community based on strategic and operating plans.
* Recruit, hire, train, develop, schedule and direct part-time staff to meet community needs.
* Assist in development, management and monitoring of program operating budget to meet or exceed targets.
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community agencies in service delivery.
